I’ve always been intrigued by why people choose the path in life they do, especially someone like Clearwater resident and award winning author Lisa Unger. I was fortunate enough to have the chance to speak with Lisa before her appearance at the St Pete Times Festival of Reading on Saturday, November 12th. If you’ve ever wondered what the creative process is like, and why her profession chose her and not the other way around you’ll really love our chat. She has won many awards for her thrilling books, the most recent of which is “Ink and Bone.” We’re happy to know that Lisa will be at the Tampa Bay Times Festival of Reading with fellow author Ace Atkins (The Innocents) for a panel discussion. The lineup is as impressive as always with Michael Connelly, The Wrong side of Goodbye; on the We Are Charleston panel you’ll hear from Herb Frazier and Dr. Bernard Edward Powers Jr., as well as Marjory Wentworth. Kelley and Tom French, will be there too, to talk about their book Juniper.
