UPDATE – Wonderful news for our Pet of the Week – Oswald has his forever home! Just look at the difference in these two pictures. He’s quite a happy puppy now.

The newest Pet of the Week from the Suncoast Animal League has eyes that just beg you to give him a forever home. This is Oswald, and if you love puppy-dog eyes just look deeply into his. Oswald is 7-months-old and ready for his forever home. He has been in a foster home for a couple of weeks getting accustomed to having a family. Oswald loves playing in the backyard and laying in the sun.

He’s a tad bit shy at first, but warms up quickly and his foster mom says he wants nothing more than to be a cuddly lap dog. He sounds like a really sweetie. Oswald is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date with vaccines. If you would like to meet him, please email us at Foster@SuncoastAnimalLeague.org.

Little Man and Dad

I also wanted to pass along a great piece of adoption news. I met “Little Man” when I was over at the shelter a couple weeks ago. Loving, energetic but just needed a home. And he has one! Congratulations Little Man, so glad you have your forever home. The best way to keep up with all the events at the Suncoast Animal League? So many! There’s the newsletter, on Facebook and Twitter.

Remember, the Suncoast Animal League Thrift Shop is now open with a wonderful selection of items. They’re right around the corner from the shelter on Alternate 19, at 1466 Alt. 19 N in Palm Harbor. Click here for hours and donation information.
