No Roof Left Behind

  • 7:42 am Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 by Ann Kelly

After Hurricane Irma tore through the Bay area a lot of people dealt with damaged, leaky roofs. But imagine if that were nothing out of the ordinary on a daily basis? A friend of Charlene McClintock of Seminole put her name in for the opportunity to win a new roof from Arry’s Roofing and told us her story;

“A previous stay at home mother of 5 children, 3 at home (10,12,14) for the past 15 yrs, was recently abandoned by her husband of nearly 20 yrs leaving behind many woes of a needy home. Among many other things in the home [More]

It’s the event we all look forward to every year – The Trans Siberian Orchestra’s return to Amalie Arena. But this year will be bittersweet with the loss of two members over the past year. Making Strides Is Saturday!

  • 5:47 am Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 by Ann Kelly

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer has always been an emotional and motivating experience for me. My Mom is a double-mastectomy survivor and the reason I get my annual mammograms. I also love making new friends, celebrating survivors and honoring the memories who are not with us. But we walk with a purpose. Out aim is a cure, a world without breast cancer, a world with more survivors. You can help us do that this Saturday, October 14th. I’ll be at the Shops of Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel . It’s a pleasure to introduce you to another survivor that joined us to tell [More]

For as many times as we’ve gotten together early in the morning for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer  it’s always an emotional and motivating experience. You can help us do that this Saturday, October 14th. I’ll be at the Shops of Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel making new friends and enjoying a lot of hugs and as always shed a few tears. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

  • 7:34 am Monday, October 2nd, 2017 by Ann Kelly

Breast cancer isn’t something I think about once a month; I think about it every day, every time I talk to my Mom up in Ohio. She’s a double mastectomy survivor and the reason I make sure to take care of myself and get my annual mammogram. I just did that, and it’s all good. But for some women it’s not. I’ll be introducing you to three wonderful women who are breast cancer survivors and will be walking with us at our Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Events. Marse Walsh will be walking in Pinellas.

Please join me and all [More]
