It’s the event we all look forward to every year – The Trans Siberian Orchestra’s return to Amalie Arena. But this year will be bittersweet with the loss of two members over the past year. But in my interview with original member Al Pitrelli who is also the music director and guitarist for TSO, they choose to celebrate the lives of creator, composer and lyricist Paul O’Neill and bassist Dave Z (David Zablidowsky). The Winter tour is presented by Hallmark with an updated presentation of “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve.”  The tour will kick off on November 16th, and be in Amalie Arena jus one week before Christmas TSO will be in Amalie with their incredible blend of music, special effects and astonishing staging. Those tickets are available here, with a portion of every ticket sold to benefit local charities. It’s a generous donation with more than $13 million distributed to date.

Hear my interview with Al here, and make plans now to join The Dove at Amalie Arena on Sunday, December 17th. And for more on the tour and TSO join them on their web site now.
